What is the zero layer?

Every business runs on a stack of dashboards, inboxes, and CRMs that someone has to open to make something happen. Beneath that stack is another layer — the one where ZeroLayer's agents work.

The zero layer, defined

The zero layer is the autonomous execution layer beneath traditional business software — the systems that observe a business's calls, search visibility, and inbound leads, decide what to do about each one, and act, before a human opens a dashboard.

The zero layer is the layer below the dashboard and the inbox.

Most software still waits. A CRM waits for someone to log a call. An analytics dashboard waits for someone to open a tab and notice a number moved. A ticket queue waits for someone to triage it. The zero layer doesn't wait — it observes the event as it happens, decides what the right action is, and takes it, surfacing to a human only when the decision genuinely needs one.

Why "zero"

We named the company Zero Layer — written as ZeroLayer — after this layer specifically. It's the ground floor beneath every piece of software a business opens each morning: the layer where a missed call, an invisible brand, or an unqualified lead gets handled automatically, before anyone is looking. Zero as in zero-touch, and zero as in the layer beneath every other one.

What it looks like in production

The zero layer isn't a platform or a dashboard of its own — it's three agents, each observing, deciding, and acting inside one part of a business's existing systems.

Evidence, not theory

The zero layer is a claim you can check against real deployments, not a framework we're asking you to take on faith.
