Traffic · Chad Case File 005 · Rocket Room · 3-Month Impact · 1 Jul – 30 Sep 2026

Sessions up 146.9% in three months. Every month higher than the last.

What changed on rocket-room.com between July and September 2026, measured against a June baseline. Organic Search carried the growth, and ChatGPT went from almost nothing to a visible source. No booking events are tracked yet, so this report covers traffic and engagement, not conversions.

Growth was steady, not a spike. Weekly sessions climbed from 303 in the week of 29 June to 812 in the week of 21 September. The analytics property began recording on 24 April 2026, so June is the earliest usable baseline and there is no year-over-year comparison.
01 — What Chad did

Audit the site, fix the foundations, make it legible to machines.

Chad audited rocket-room.com's existing website for technical and content-structure issues limiting search and AI visibility, implemented the fixes, then monitored the impact over time.

⚠What this report does not claim. It does not attribute individual gains to individual changes. Paid Social and Paid Search were also active over the period (section 03), so the figures below describe what happened on the site, not what any single change caused.
02 — The trend

Each month beat the one before it.

Sessions by month, rocket-room.com only. June is the pre-window baseline.

June (baseline)1,278
July1,643
August2,107

▸Visits got deeper as traffic grew. Engagement rose from 51.8% in June to 58.0% in September and pageviews per session from 1.51 to 1.71. Form starts rose from 9 to 78 a month and clicks from 553 to 1,350.
03 — What drove it

Organic Search more than doubled, and new channels switched on.

Sessions by channel, month by month. Channels with fewer than 90 sessions in both June and September are omitted.

▸Organic Search is the engine. It grew from 696 sessions in June to 1,512 in September and is 48% of September traffic. It also holds up on quality: 58.2% engagement and a 3m 43s average session across the three months.
⚠Paid Social adds volume, but the visits are shallow. It went from 47 sessions in June to 500 in September, and averaged 1m 04s per session against 3m 43s for Organic Search. Paid Social and Paid Search together are about 20% of September sessions, so not all of the growth is organic. Until conversion tracking exists, treat Paid Social as an awareness channel.
04 — A new source

ChatGPT went from almost nothing to a visible channel.

Visitors arriving from chatgpt.com have grown every month since July and engage better than the site average.

Growth accelerated from mid-August. Through mid-August ChatGPT delivered between 0 and 7 sessions a week; from the week of 17 August it delivered between 14 and 28. In September its bounce rate was 35.0%, the lowest of any channel with 100+ sessions (Organic Search: 42.1%, Paid Social: 40.2%). Visitors stayed 3m 52s on average, about 3.6× longer than paid social. The same AI Assistant channel first appeared in Arros QD's first-month report, at +34 sessions.

⚠How to read this. ChatGPT is still only about 2.3% of three-month traffic. Percentage growth from a small base is easy to inflate, so the monthly counts are the safer way to describe it. 112 of its 154 sessions (73%) land on the homepage, and its quality is partly a desktop effect: desktop sessions engage at 83% against 63% on mobile, where 80% of the traffic arrives. Organic Search visitors stay longer (4m 09s against 3m 52s in September), so ChatGPT is best described as high quality alongside Organic Search and well ahead of paid social, not as the best channel on every measure.
05 — Limits and next steps

The traffic story is solid. The revenue story needs booking tracking.

⚠No booking or purchase tracking. Rocket Room's GA4 property records no booking or purchase event, so none of this growth can be connected to bookings or revenue. Visits, engagement and form starts are the strongest signals available.
⚠No year-over-year baseline. The analytics property began recording on 24 April 2026, so growth is measured against June 2026. An older property or a booking-platform report could provide a longer baseline.
"Rocket Room's sessions rose 146.9% between June and September 2026, led by Organic Search, with ChatGPT emerging as a small but fast-growing source of engaged visitors." Monthly sessions went from 1,278 to 3,155, new users from 777 to 2,082 and engagement from 51.8% to 58.0%. Organic Search grew 2.2× and is the largest source. ChatGPT grew from 14 sessions in July to 100 in September.
